IRIS, European inter-network of ethical and solidarity initiatives, working since 2007 in the development of the social economy, and the development of territories of shared responsibility under the supervision of the Council of Europe. We are particularly committed to work in Romania, with the creation of a local association, the CRIES (Resource Center for Ethical and Responsible Initiatives), and the implementation of the first initiatives of shared responsibility.

Today, CRIES, the heart of a network of Romanian territories of shared responsibility and solidarity economy, benefits of European Social Fund allowing it to run in 8 major cities, including Timisoara, Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca territories of shared responsibility, and to organize study visits to collect examples of good practice of shared responsibility, or coresponsibility. The ultimate goal being the creation of action plans pilot in the Romanian cities, and their implementation.
