The SPIRAL methodology is an interesting methodology that is worth developing in a firm, a school or an institution in order to restore a dynamics of collective well-being. The issues linked to the ill-being in firms or institutions have unfortunately been increasing but they can be overcome thanks to a different approach that enables to address this problem in a concerted and collective manner.

Therefore, the first step is to create a multi-stakeholder platform within your institution. Different groups of persons who are concerned by your activities would be represented in it (eg: teachers, students, educators, etc. for a school; employees, managers, suppliers, clients, etc. for a firm) in order to develop the SPIRAL methodology. The idea is to bring together all stakeholders in a spirit of openness and representativeness. The members of the platform participate actively in the approach (work with their beneficiaries, participatory evaluations, pilot actions of co-responsibility). Once the platform has been created, we strongly encourage you to join the TOGETHER Network as an Associate Member. Although it is not mandatory, this will help you both to be better integrated to the community of territories developing SPIRAL and to benefit from the services offered by the Network.
